I had the very best experience with Hydra Clean! All the people who helped and worked with me were kind and very professional from the beginning to the finished product. I can't believe how good my carpet looks! I hate to admit this, but my hall upstairs had some pretty bad pee stains from when my Schnauzer was a puppy. I honestly thought they'd tell me that there's not much they'll be able to do; although, the stains are now gone, and my carpet looks great! You can't even tell there were stains there to begin with! They also cleaned the upholstery on one of my accent chairs in my den. Again, another great job!If you ever need these kinds of services, do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time calling any other company. Call Hydra Clean!

I've been using them for almost three years now! As a property manager we have developed quite a relationship due to the tweaks and perks of my job(LOL🙃)! I've never had any issues! And Paul and Ben have both taught me a lot about cleaning and water extractions as well as preventive care! And Erica oh Erica! I love calling in to schedule and explaining to her what leaked or busted so they could come out! I highly recommend them for all of your life's mishaps or just a simple clean😁!

I was unaware of any damages made to my carpet but as soon as I had knew, there was a worker that already on the task to restore and clean the carpet. Ben was very professional and efficient. He walked me through the steps he was doing and was showed patience when I had many questions that needed answers. Overall, I would recommend this service
